How do I place my order?
Firstly, Login to your account and then click on the 'Add to Bag' button on the products you wish to purchase, and they will be added in the shopping cart. After that you can click on ‘Checkout’ button. To place the order, you’ll need to provide your name, delivery address, mobile number and payment details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier company details via email. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the carrier’s website.
What is the expected delivery time?
At AgeLessShop.com, we strive to dispatch most orders within 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for deliveries within Maharashtra and for locations outside of Maharashtra, delivery typically takes 4-7
business days. However, there may be certain situations beyond our control such as logistics challenges, public holidays, or lockdowns that may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.
How much shipping charges are applied?
Our within India shipping charges are a flat ₹150 which is applied to all orders below ₹2000, and free shipping is offered for all orders above ₹2000.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at present, AgeLess.Shop do not offer international shipping. We ship within India, and we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers in India.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for specific reasons such as damaged packaging, inauthentic product, or has an expired date upon delivery. Partial returns are also accepted. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
How to apply for return request?
Customers need to contact the Customer Care team via email with their order ID details and reason for return and provide a picture of the product and invoice. If a physical inspection is needed, the company will arrange for pickup within 2-4 business days.

We accept Cash on Delivery, all Credit or Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout. Your payment information is always encrypted and secure.
What is the refund policy?
