If a product has already been delivered or a service has already been availed by the customer, AgeLess.Shop will not cancel the order. The company may contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order and notify the customer of such cancellation. If AgeLess.Shop accepts the customer's order, the payment will be processed prior to the dispatch of the product, and the customer will be notified by email that the payment has been processed. The prices and availability of the products and services offered on the site are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of AgeLess.Shop. The company may revise and cease to make available any product or service at any time. If AgeLess.Shop is unable to deliver the product to the customer on time or at all, the customer will be notified by email, and the order will be automatically cancelled. AgeLess.Shop shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery. 

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS  

AgeLess.Shop offers returns or partial returns via email on support@agelessxpress.com within 7 days of receiving the product for reasons such as damaged packaging, inauthentic product, or has an expired date upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging and seal along with the proof of purchase, freebies/tester products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the product is confirmed to be damaged, inauthentic or expired. The decision following our inspection will be final and binding. 

MODE OF PAYMENT 

The Site accepts various modes of payment for the products available, including Cash on Delivery, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, e-Gift cards, and reward points. We recommend using Credit card, Debit Card, or Net Banking payment options as they are instant payment options and will ensure faster processing of your order. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

AgeLess.Shop ships throughout India only. At AgeLessShop.com, we strive to dispatch most orders within 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for deliveries within Maharashtra and otherwise it will typically take 4-7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for locations outside of Maharashtra. However, there may be certain situations beyond our control such as logistics challenges, public holidays, or lockdowns that may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. Shipping charges are a flat ₹150 for all orders below ₹2000, and free shipping is offered for all orders above ₹2000. At present, we do not offer international shipping. 

CHAT FUNCTIONALITY 

The Chat Functionality on our Site is available to assist you with any questions or concerns related to our services. Please note that this service is available from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. By using this service, you agree to the following conditions: 

1. AgeLess.Shop may suspend the chat service at any time without prior notice.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 

The Terms of Use and the Policies shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. For proceedings arising therein the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of the Terms of Use and other Policies on the Site, between the parties hereto, shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by mutually and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be held in Mumbai. Without any prejudice to particulars listed in Clause 12 above, AgeLess.Shop shall have the right to seek and obtain any injunctive, provisional, or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its trademark or other intellectual property rights or confidential information or to preserve the status quo pending arbitration. For disputes relating to orders outside India, International arbitration rules of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 shall apply. The seat and venue of international arbitration shall be Mumbai.
