Return & Refund Policy

Thank You for shopping with AgeLess.Shop. We offer a return policy in exceptional cases only to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. 

RETURNS 

  • Customers must raise a return/exchange request for a product within 7 days of receiving the product for reasons such as damaged packaging, inauthentic product, or has an expired date upon delivery. 
  • Partial returns are also accepted, meaning you can return only the specific product that has an issue without needing to return the entire order. 
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging and seal along with the proof of purchase. 
  • Customers need to return the products in the original outer box with bubble wrap, etc., as received. 
  • Freebies/tester products received with the order must also be returned with the damaged/inauthentic/expired product. 
  • Inauthentic product complaints will be verified, and the decision will be final and binding. 
  • If a return request is made, customers are required to contact our Customer Care team via email, providing their order ID, reason for the return, and a photo of the product and invoice.  
  • Our team will verify the claim, and if necessary, arrange a pickup within 2-4 business days for further inspection. 
  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the product is confirmed to be damaged, inauthentic or expired. The decision following our inspection will be final and binding. 

REFUNDS 

  • Once the company receives the returned item, they will inspect it and notify the customer of the refund status. 
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original method of payment.  
  • The credit will be received within a certain amount of days depending on the card issuer's policies. 
  • Returns are not allowed for products damaged due to misuse/overuse, returned without original packaging, serial number tampering, used or altered products, or after 7 days of order delivery. 
  • Free/complimentary products cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • If shipping item(s) over INR 5000, customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

SALE ITEMS 

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
